Help!  I have been lock out of my OSHA 10 or 30 Hour training course…What do I do now?

If you have been locked out of your OSHA 10 or 30 Hour training course it is because you failed a quiz/test three times or because you did not complete the training within the three or six month time limit.

Failing a quiz/test three times

OSHA rules, for authorized online providers, are as follows:

1. Testing is mandatory at the completion of each topic and at the end of the course.

2. Trainees cannot proceed to the end-of-course test until they pass all topic tests.

3. The minimum testing passing score is 70%.

4. A trainee is only allowed three attempts to pass any test.

5. If a trainee has not passed a test in three attempts, please contact your Summit account manager at 800.842.0466 to discuss options for retaking the online course.

Training time limit expired

OSHA rules, for authorized online providers, are as follows:

1. Trainees have a time limit of 3 months to complete the 10 Hour course and 6 months to complete the 30 hour course.

Since your time limit has expired you will not be allowed to complete your current course. You may sign-up to take the class again if you desire to complete the training. However, you will be starting from the beginning and your progress from the course that expired cannot be transferred.
